About the Role
Are you ready to kick-start your career in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? Our processing plant is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in an entry-level role. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, learn essential skills, and grow within a company that values hard work, safety, and teamwork. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
We are currently offering this role FIFO from Perth on 15 days on, 13 days off roster – day shift only, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all reasonable instructions to learn how to effectively operate the Auxiliary Equipment for the Processing plant and related support systems including all reagents required for processing plant, reagent unloading facilities, tails pumps, tails & decant water return pipe network, RO plant and identify maintenance requirements and ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Work with operators to develop a good understanding of safety, and general work practices.
- Follow instructions on how to perform minor maintenance tasks and develop the skills to perform the tasks independently
- Monitor work areas on an ongoing basis to assure a safe and cost-efficient operation
- Conduct regular sampling and testing and develop an understanding of quality control activities
- Assist to shut down, start up, monitor and adjust production circuit as required
- Ensure housekeeping standard is maintained. Clean up spillages, use shovel and water hose for clean-up purposes, maintain machinery, equipment, materials, and products

About you

- Experience in manual labor roles in a high-risk environment such as mining, construction or other industries.
- Current WA driver’s licence
- Loader, Bobcat and Forklift Tickets
- Dogging Ticket
- Senior First Aid
